Startup plan

The Startup plan includes all the features of the premium plan, priced with the early-stage startup in mind. Read more about our Startup plan or see if your company qualifies for it.

Premium plan

The Premium plan includes all the features you need to set strategy, connect it to your work, then build and share beautiful visualizations. In the Premium plan, you pay per user either annually or monthly, regardless of each user's permission level. It is ideal for smaller teams, or if you only need a few total users in your account.

Enterprise plan

The Enterprise plan is ideal for larger or more complex teams. It includes all the features of the Premium plan but you pay only for the workspace owners and contributors who actively add and manage strategy, work, and roadmaps in your account. Unlimited reviewers and viewers are included in this plan at no additional cost. This helps increase collaboration across the organization and allows stakeholders to comment on your work and plans from within Aha! Roadmaps.

Enterprise+ plan

The Enterprise+ plan is the most exclusive service that we offer. Like the Enterprise plan, you just pay per workspace owners and contributors, with unlimited reviewers and viewers in your account, but the Enterprise+ plan includes advanced functionality designed for large teams with sophisticated workflows, including:

• Workflow automation

• Capacity planning for teams

• Custom tables and calculations

• Advanced license management

• Account backup and export

• Anti-virus scanning

• IP access control

The Enterprise+ plan also includes concierge support. This is our highest level of service for Enterprise customers and large organizations who demand the best. It includes white glove kick-off, implementation plan, and rollout support.

Because we commit significant resources to help onboard and support Enterprise+ customers, you must remain in this plan if you choose it.
