Improvements

• Aha! Roadmaps Enterprise+ plan subscribers can use the bulk edit function to apply a workspace template to multiple workspaces at once.

• You have two new size options for Aha! views embedded in notes. They are accessible from a note's Configure settings in its More options menu:

  • Show panel full size resizes the embedded view to use the full width of the note. With this option enabled, a user cannot manually resize the view.

  • Resize content to fit will scale down the Aha! view to fit it onto the page in its entirety (rather than cropping the view to fit). This option is available only for list and pivot reports embedded in notes published to a webpage or knowledge base.

• Navigate to Settings ⚙️ Account Ideas portals to search for the ideas portal you are looking for in your account-level settings. This is helpful for accounts that host a large number of ideas portals.
