Customize your knowledge base's URL

Simplify your knowledge base's URL path to help signal to your visitors that they are in the right place. For example, let's say your organization offers several products. You might want to create a separate knowledge base for each of them, using the product each knowledge base supports as its distinct slug. This way, customers know they are on the correct knowledge base.

From your knowledge base settings, navigate to Overview General URL.
Enter your desired URL path. It must be unique across all your knowledge bases.
