This week, we introduced the ability to schedule multi-day empathy sessions and share files directly in the live chat.

Improvements

• Aha! users can now stay on top of feedback that comes in via in-app feedback widgets. Watchers on a feedback widget will receive Aha! notifications for new messages received through that widget.

• When creating a new public ideas portal, spam filtering will now be enabled by default.

• If Email header in the Emails > Templates section of ideas portal settings is not enabled, the portal will prevent any replies from becoming comments.

• The tab title for the persona details page will now include the workspace name for respective personas.
