This quarter, we focused on helping you accelerate. Updates included ways to find product information faster and collaborate more effectively across teams.
Search with AI: Use the new AI-powered search (top-right magnifying glass icon) to get immediate answers to common questions like, "What features did we ship this week?" or, "Which ideas from this month still need review?"
Send plans to teams using Smartsheet: Build your plans in Aha! Roadmaps and send records directly to Smartsheet. Stay aligned with bi-directional updates.
Stay informed in Slack: Subscribe to specific work items and get notified about status changes, comments, and more — right from Slack.
Make shared plans interactive: Charts on shared webpages are now clickable. Stakeholders can drill in to explore the data on their own.

Each panel automatically updates as the underlying data changes, ensuring drill-ins always reflect the latest updates.
New in Aha! Ideas
Keep track of the most important trends in customer feedback. And make more strategic roadmap decisions with new capabilities to help you prioritize high-impact opportunities.
Group ideas into themes: Organize related ideas into broader concepts to spot patterns and know what to prioritize.
Keep customers in the loop automatically: Weekly highlight emails now include status changes, admin replies, and new comments — building trust and encouraging more engagement in your portal.
Analyze trends with new reports: Start with 20+ sample reports to analyze your idea management data. Customize them to fit your needs and create dashboards to share multiple reports in one view.

Over in Aha! Whiteboards, we introduced exciting new features to support planning and creative thinking.
Organize whiteboards automatically: The new auto layout functionality organizes shapes in a frame as you go. Similarly, the ability to embed the same whiteboard in multiple records ensures diagrams stay in sync everywhere they appear.
Embed roadmaps on whiteboards: Pull in your product roadmap or Gantt chart to guide collaborative planning — without committing to changes until you are ready.
Estimate effort with planning poker: Choose from Fibonacci numbers, t-shirt sizes, or custom values to match your team's approach.
Turn off auto layout whenever you need to manually adjust objects in your frame.
New in Aha! Knowledge
We shipped important updates to make your knowledge base easier to manage and fun to use — so you can share valuable resources with colleagues and customers.
Centralize product resources in one place: Use the new Chrome extension to quickly import existing documentation from other web-based tools.
Customize the look and feel: Use new themes, fonts, and homepage layouts in your knowledge base to reflect your brand.
Offer multiple authentication options: Let different groups access the same knowledge base via single sign-on, password, or both.
Manage articles more efficiently: See new drafts, track changes, and bulk publish updates — all from one view. We also expanded who can create and manage knowledge bases.

New in Aha! Develop
Development teams need instant visibility into their work — and a seamless way to manage testing. We delivered enhancements to make achieving both easier.
Visually distinguish feature types: Apply custom icons and colors to different types of work (like features, bugs, and technical improvements).
Connect testing workflows with TestRail: Link test cases directly to features and sprints for seamless QA tracking.

Existing workflows need a manual update, but new workflows come with pre-set icons and colors by default.
We hope these updates make it easier to uncover what customers need and deliver that with purpose and urgency.
