Product documentation is not just about recording details. It helps fuel collaboration, drive clarity, and align everyone toward common goals. Today's Aha! Knowledge update makes it easier for everyone on the team to access the information they need, when they need it.

Set up single sign-on (SSO) for your Aha! Knowledge Advanced account so team members can quickly log in and access product documentation.

Aha! Knowledge empowers product teams to create internal wikis and self-serve knowledge bases. You can manage all your documents in one place and control how you share information with colleagues and customers. If you have an Aha! Knowledge Advanced account, you could already enable SSO for your product knowledge bases. And now, you can do the same for your internal wiki as well. (As part of this update, we also made SSO available in standalone Aha! Whiteboards Advanced accounts — making it even easier for the team to collaborate on product ideas.)

To get started, first make sure you have our advanced plans. (Contact us if you need help upgrading.) Then, head over to your account settings and configure SSO with your existing SAML identity provider, such as Google Cloud Identity, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly known as Microsoft Azure Active Directory), or Okta. You can also enable two-factor authentication to adhere to your internal security standards.

Below, we are setting up access to our Aha! Knowledge account with Okta. (Only administrators with account permissions can do this.) Once enabled, team members can use their existing credentials to quickly log in to our internal product wiki at any time.
