After you sign up for your Aha! Knowledge trial, you get access to functionality in the Advanced plan free for 30 days. You can invite all of your colleagues to your trial as well. After your trial is over, you can purchase any of the plans.
Yes. A credit card is not required to start your 30-day trial, so you can try Aha! Knowledge without any obligation.
Aha! Roadmaps and Aha! Ideas include all of the functionality in the Aha! Knowledge Essentials plan by default. If you want a separate Aha! Knowledge account, you will need to use a different email address.
Your trial is your permanent Aha! Knowledge account, and all your data and integrations will remain intact. Your Aha! administrator can go to Settings—> Account —> Billing, choose one of our plans, and sign up. Contact us at support@aha.io if you want to select an annual plan and be invoiced. If you decide not to purchase, your account will expire.

You can add or remove users at any time. If you add users, you will be billed the prorated amount immediately (and not on the next recurring bill).
Yes — the price you pay changes based on the plan you select, the number of users in your account, and a modest annual adjustment for cost of living. The price increases 3% annually to help offset our own costs rising and to make sure we can continue supporting people in need through Aha! Cares.

Yes, you can upgrade your Aha! Knowledge account to include Aha! Whiteboards Advanced at any time. It can be added to any annual plan for $9 per user per month or to any monthly plan for $11 per user per month.

Yes, you can add Aha! Knowledge Advanced users to any Aha! Roadmaps Enterprise or Enterprise+ plan. The price is $59 per user per month for an annual plan or $74 per user per month for a monthly plan. A document refers to any note or whiteboard in your Aha! Knowledge account.
You can select any folder or document in your workspace and publish it as a private or public knowledge base. Add as many subfolders as you need and share the link with an unlimited number of users. This gives them view-only access to those documents. You are free to brand your knowledge base with your logo and colors.
Aha! Knowledge includes an AI-powered writing assistant for drafting and refining documents. You will be able to create 50 AI drafts for free in your 30-day trial, with unlimited drafts when you sign up for a paid plan.
A workspace is a dedicated space for organizing all of your documents. Create as many workspaces as you need for different products and groups in your organization.
A contributor can create, edit, and share documents in workspaces they have been given access to. They can also create and assign to-dos. This role requires a paid seat.
A reviewer is a user who can see documents in workspaces they have been given permission to view. They can also leave comments and create and complete to-dos. It is a perfect way to enable colleagues across your organization to participate in the document creation process. This role requires a paid seat.
A viewer is a user who has view-only access to documents in workspaces they have been given permission to view. They can also complete to-dos. This role requires a paid seat.
You can share documents with unlimited guests by sending out a link. This enables people outside of your Aha! Knowledge account to access documents in their own guest accounts at no cost.
Existing Aha! users will see the link in the Shared with me section of their accounts. You can enable or disable sharing at any time.
You can specify exactly who can access or edit documents in your workspace with sophisticated user permissions. When you share a document with guests, you can also control whether it is view-only or can be edited. Once shared, you will see a list of everyone who has access and can change individual sharing permissions.
