Track objectives and key results
Establish a framework
Capture OKRs at each level of your organization. Start with company objectives at the top and then define supporting objectives by group — such as divisions, subdivisions, and individual products or teams. Create roll-up relationships between objectives to show how you will meet your goals.
Focus on achievement
Define ambitious, but realistic objectives — with a clear time frame for achieving them. Then, add as many key results as you need to measure success. Set your target and record the starting metric to benchmark where you are today.
Connect the actual work
Use your OKRs to guide what to prioritize. Link related work — such as initiatives, releases, epics, and features — directly to each objective. This makes it easy to see what you are doing to deliver against your goals and identify gaps in the plan.
Monitor in real time
Track your key results. Update the current metric on a regular basis to see the team's progress. (Assign a recurring to-do to create a reminder.) Auto-calculate the percent of work completed for each objective so you can quickly see whether you are on course to meet your target.
Report on performance
Generate powerful reports to analyze all of your OKRs in one view. Drill in to see more details about the status of related work items. Highlight the impact of your work and get insights that inform the next steps needed to achieve your goals.
