Integrate customer feedback directly into your product management process. Shift your ideas portal from UserVoice to your Aha! Roadmaps or Aha! Ideas account. This enables you to capture ideas in a central location, prioritize the right ones, and add them to your product roadmap.
Centralize customer feedback
Capture and manage all user feedback in one place. Bring an existing ideas portal from UserVoice into your Aha! account — including each idea's name, status, users, votes, and comments. Display ideas in a branded portal to give customers and colleagues a place to view, vote on, and submit feedback. You can use the AI assistant to find similar ideas and merge duplicates quickly.
Prioritize the best ideas
Align ideas with your product strategy and add top picks to your roadmap. Score those requests based on estimated product value and analyze the potential revenue impact. Then, promote high-impact ideas to features in Aha! Roadmaps.
Close the feedback loop
Keep customers informed and engaged. You can automatically notify users who voted for an idea when its status changes. That way, they can follow their request through the development process — encouraging them to share more feedback in the future.
Shift your ideas portal from UserVoice to Aha! Roadmaps to manage feedback alongside your product planning. To import from UserVoice:
Navigate to Settings ⚙️ Workspace Import from UserVoice
Choose the workspace and ideas portal that UserVoice ideas should import into
Enter your UserVoice credentials and click Test connection to connect Aha! Roadmaps to UserVoice
Configure field mapping between UserVoice suggestion statuses and Aha! Roadmaps idea statuses
Click the Import button to complete the import
Once everything is uploaded, use bulk editing to update ideas or move them under different products.
