We recommend starting with the product you are most interested in and enabling a free trial of other Aha! products directly in your account. If you want to trial more than one product separately, you will need to use a different email address for each one.
Aha! Roadmaps includes everything in Aha! Ideas Essentials, Aha! Whiteboards Essentials, and Aha! Knowledge Essentials — so it is a great product to start with if you are looking for a complete product management solution.
We know your product development data is extremely important to you and your business, and we take protecting it seriously. After all, our own roadmaps — and thousands of other companies' roadmaps — are hosted within Aha! software as well. This is why every Aha! plan includes secure network communications over HTTPS and data encryption at rest. Read more about how we protect your data.
Your trial account is your permanent Aha! account, and all your data and integrations will remain intact. Your Aha! administrator can go to the Billing section in your Account settings, choose one of our plans, and sign up. Contact us at support@aha.io if you want to select an annual plan and be invoiced. If you decide not to purchase, your account will expire.
We offer both monthly and annual billing. Monthly plans are paid by credit card. Choose an annual plan for a discount and the option of invoice billing. Contact us at support@aha.io to set up invoicing.
Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual payments. And you can also upgrade from one plan to another and add on dedicated Aha! Whiteboards and Aha! Knowledge users. Contact us at support@aha.io if you want to make a change.
You can add or remove users at any time. If you add users, you will be billed the prorated amount immediately (and not on the next recurring bill).
Yes, the price you pay changes based on the plan you select, the number of users in your account, and a modest annual adjustment for cost of living. The price increases 3% annually to help offset our own costs rising and to make sure we can continue supporting people in need through Aha! Cares.

Aha! Roadmaps includes everything in the Aha! Ideas Essentials plan. You can also try Aha! Ideas Advanced in your account free for 14 days. It can be added to any annual plan for $20 per user per month or to any monthly plan for $25 per user per month. (The Startup pack is exempt from this.)
