We are excited to announce a new Administration of Aha! Roadmaps certification class. It is perfect for Aha! software champions and administrators who want to deepen their product expertise with specialized training. Here is a brief overview:
Administration of Aha! Roadmaps
Length: One day
Best for: Experienced Aha! software users or account administrators who want to expertly implement Aha! Roadmaps across an organization.
Curriculum: Structuring your account for portfolios and large teams, customizing workflows, visualizing dependencies, building advanced reports, and managing administrative responsibilities
First course: March 12, 2024
This new course will be taught by senior members of our Product Concierge team. These are product development experts with decades of experience — you will recognize friendly faces like Perry, Jeanette, and Deb. Classes are intentionally kept small so you have plenty of time for hands-on learning and discussions with your peers.
