They provide direct insights into what is working and what is not. With today's update, you now have the ability to run CSAT polls right in your product.

Polls in Aha! Ideas Advanced are a speedy way to check in with your customers. You can run polls from an ideas portal, email a poll link, or launch polls within your own application. Before today, you could choose from three poll types: multiple choice, number scale, and star rating. And we are now introducing a new poll type: CSAT.

This means you can ask your customers to rate how satisfied they are with your product or company. Add a follow-up question to better understand the "why" behind their rating. This helps you determine how to make your customers happy — and, ultimately, create fans.

Let's use an in-app poll to find out how customers feel about our updated product UI. Here, we use a CSAT poll to ask users how satisfied they are on a scale from 0-10. We also include an open-ended question so they can add additional context to their responses.

Gain deeper insights

Now, we can review poll results as they flow in and create or link to ideas directly from customer responses. In the example below, we created a dashboard to analyze our poll results alongside segment and organization data. We can see our average CSAT score, track changes to the score over time, and see which companies our highest and lowest responses came from.
