This is especially useful when you need to send work to other teams that are not yet users of Aha! software. You can also set zaps based on records in Aha! Roadmaps or Aha! Ideas that send emails, add rows to a spreadsheet, create reminders, and more.

Streamline customer feedback. Use Zapier to create an entry in your Aha! Ideas portal any time feedback from sales and support is captured elsewhere (think User Voice, Pipedrive, and other CRMs).
