Aha! Introduces New European Union (EU) Data Center
A world of lovable software. This has been our vision since Aha! was founded in 2013. And that global perspective continues to motivate us to increase the value we provide to all product development teams, no matter where you are. A significant number of our more than 5,000 customers are either based in or have operations in Europe. And many other companies have expressed interest in using our product development software — which is why we are enthusiastic about opening a new data center.
Aha! is expanding our presence in Europe. Now we can serve even more customers who want to use our software from a data center that is in their region.
We house the Aha! cloud infrastructure in Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers. This allows Aha! to be compliant with the most robust industry standards for data center and network security. We are proud to be ISO27001 certified and comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The new AWS data center is in Ireland and offers a number of benefits and controls that our U.S. data center offers as well, including:
Secure site design and access controls
Advanced business continuity plan and disaster recovery policies
24/7 data access monitoring, surveillance, and intrusion detection
Operational support systems and regular infrastructure maintenance
Ongoing risk management and third-party security attestation
If you are a new customer and want to try one of our services, you can now choose the EU data center when you sign up for a trial of any Aha! product.
