Go from planning to implementation seamlessly
Configure your integration to mirror the way your team works. You can link initiatives, releases, epics, features, and requirements in Aha! Roadmaps with Asana sections, boards, tasks, and subtasks. Then, map fields and statuses to keep information up to date and flowing smoothly between systems. Save your configuration as a template so you can set up future integrations with Asana even faster.
Share priorities and due dates
Define cross-functional project tasks in Aha! Roadmaps and assign them to other teams in Asana. Now, teammates working outside of Aha! can understand exactly what needs to be completed and when — all within the context of their other tasks. Automatic updates between both systems keep everyone informed of changes and support collaboration as you work toward achieving your strategic goals.
Stay informed on progress
When teammates complete tasks in Asana, statuses immediately update in Aha! Roadmaps. This helps you track and report on overall project progress. And as the team creates additional work in Asana, you can choose whether to import these records into Aha! Roadmaps — giving you full visibility into the required work and helping you meet delivery milestones.
To set up the integration with Asana, you need to be an Aha! Roadmaps workspace owner. You will also need an Asana account with create/edit permissions.
Navigate to Settings ⚙️ Workspace Integrations and click the + on the left navigation bar
Select Asana (this will launch the integration configuration wizard)
Name your integration (and optionally, select a template if you have already created one).
Click save and continue.
Authenticate by following the prompts
Choose an Asana workspace and select a specific project. The workspace and project options are based on what you have access to in Asana.
