We Just Made Your Kanban Board Even Better
Last month we launched a new visual Workflow board for Kanban or Scrum work. The response was terrific. Many customers told us immediately how much they loved using it to increase transparency and their flow of work.
Our goal is to help you build great product, no matter what methodology you use. For those who use Kanban, your board is now even better. We just added the ability to filter your board by due dates. We also added the ability to view features across multiple products that share the same workflow.
For teams that have integrated Aha! with their development system, this is great way to visualize how work is progressing. Others that do not have a development tool can now use Aha! to manage their development work using the Kanban board.
Here are a few of the ways you can customize your Workflow board in Aha!
Filter by due date It’s important to get work done on time. We added a filter that makes it easier to see work that is due soon, or even past due. For example, you can set a filter to see features that were due at least one week ago by using the Due date filter. You also have the ability to set a custom date range for even more granular control of what is visible on the board.
The Due date filter is the perfect way to stay on track and make sure you keep shipping work on time.
View multiple products Many of you use Aha! to manage multiple products. That means some members of your team might be working on many products at the same time. Now you can see the features for a single product, or see all the features across multiple products. Viewing multiple products on your board works best if the products you select share the same workflow.
The Kanban board is available for every account, but you will need to enable it on a product by product basis. You can turn it on instantly under Settings - Product. Just check the button next to Workflow screen to enable the agile board for Kanban or Scrum work.
