Whiteboards homepage in Aha! Roadmaps
Introducing a new overview page for all of your whiteboards
User story maps. Process flow diagrams. PI planning. These are just a few of the things you can do with whiteboards in Aha! Roadmaps — all at no additional cost. Having a space for visual thinking is crucial for exploring concepts and spurring team collaboration. Given that whiteboards are such a key tool in your product development work, we decided it was time to give you a dedicated view to manage them all.
Explore the new whiteboards homepage in Aha! Roadmaps, where you can find recent whiteboards and create new ones in a single view.
Locate the new Whiteboards homepage in the Knowledge section of your workspace. (This is enabled by default, but check your Navigation settings if you are unable to see it.) Here, you will see thumbnails of your eight most recently viewed whiteboards in that workspace. Click the one you want to keep working on or quickly create a new whiteboard. You can start from a blank canvas or explore more than 100 templates covering all aspects of product development. The most popular templates are highlighted on the page, including brainstorming session, business model, sprint retrospective, and more.
Hover over a template's thumbnail to start using that template or learn more. Each template includes expert advice and an example for inspiration.
Access your full document hierarchy in the left panel, or use the search bar to quickly find what you need. And of course, you are able to create new documents in all the same ways as before. Use the Add menu in the top Workspace documents bar to add new folders, notes, whiteboards, meetings, and links. Or click the + icon anywhere in the left panel to insert a new document in the right spot.
