Include sprint burndown charts on dashboards in Aha! Roadmaps

Teams use Aha! Roadmaps and Aha! Develop together to create a unified product development workflow. For example, product managers assign roadmap-driven work to engineering teams in Aha! Develop, and the records (such as epics, features, and requirements) are identical in both tools. This means everyone sees the same information — even as details change.

We want to help you bring product planning and implementation even closer together. So today, we are making it easier to share key development reports with the broader product team.

You can now add sprint burndown charts from Aha! Develop to dashboards, notes, and whiteboards in Aha! Roadmaps so sprint progress is visible across the organization.

Previously, you could view the sprint burndown chart by navigating to each engineering team's dedicated space in Aha! Develop. But customers on the Aha! Develop Advanced plan can now choose from a variety of new sharing options to include this information within key views in Aha! Roadmaps.

For example, you can add the burndown chart to a dashboard built for monitoring delivery progress. Or embed it in a note or on a whiteboard to reference during product team meetings. Start by tailoring the Burndown chart to fit your needs in Aha! Develop and save your view.

Click the new Share button to add the burndown chart directly on a whiteboard (as an image or live view) or product dashboard, or share it as a webpage. You can also click the Add Aha! view option within any dashboard or note in Aha! Roadmaps.

Below, we created a dashboard to track an upcoming release for the fictitious Fredwin Cycling app. We added a report showing our list of prioritized features. We also included a sprint burndown chart for each of the three engineering teams that work on the product and a summary of at-risk items. This makes it easy to track and communicate development progress in one view (but we can still drill in for more details as needed).

Select the new Current sprint option in the top-left dropdown to always show the in-progress sprint.

Bring product planning and delivery together to streamline how you analyze and share insights surrounding team progress.
