Just Launched! — Aha! Mockups Now Have Version History

But now you need to revert to an earlier version of your mockups. But where are those designs? Did someone save over them?

The mockups experience now has complete version history — making it easy to see who made updates when and to restore past changes.

Mockups leverage drag-and-drop functionality combined with an extensive library of thousands of shapes. And because it includes premade UI elements from Bootstrap, iOS, Android, and more, this makes it incredibly easy for anyone to quickly create a mockup or flowchart.

Integrate mockups with feature definitions Product Owners and Contributors can create product mockups in parallel with product requirements. This gives you a unified experience and a single tool for your product roadmaps, feature definition, idea management, and mockups.

Quickly create mockups with shapes, text, and images Customize mockups to design and define what should be built. Choose from thousands of UI elements and common wireframing shapes to instantly communicate plans for new features or to visually highlight bug issues.

Use version history to make changes with no worries As you iterate on mockups with your team during the design and research phase, you may want to reference past work. Now with the new version history, there is no need to sort through your downloads or email inbox to find that previous version. Or worse, worry that someone will save over what you painstakingly created. With complete version history, you can see who made the changes and when they were made.

Version history is not retroactive. With this release, any changes made to new or existing mockups will be captured in the history

Restore previous mockup versions Sometimes you need to revert back to a previous version of your mockup. For example, user testing may suggest that a previous design is the better option. Product Owners and Contributors can now restore older versions without having to tweak the newest version to be more like an older one.
