Aha! Integrated With Dropbox
Dropbox is the secure file sharing and storage solution that employees love and IT admins trust. Tons of businesses use Dropbox, and if you do at work, you probably love it. Dropbox allows you to store all your files including documents, photos, videos, music in one secure place and make them available anywhere to anyone.
Many product development teams use Dropbox to share mockups and other key product roadmap planning information. And if you are like them, you want to be able to reference that information directly from Aha! This makes it easy to keep everyone in sync and ensures that as the documents change, Aha! is always linked to the latest.
We are excited to announce that we’ve integrated Dropbox in Aha! It’s really easy. Anywhere that you can attach a file to your strategy, releases, features, or requirements you now can select documents from your Dropbox.
The first time you try to attach a document from Dropbox, you will be asked to log in to your Dropbox account. Once you do, you will be able to choose the files that you want to attach. That’s it. You’re done! You’ll see a thumbnail of the attached document immediately.
And if you attach multiple files (regardless of the source) you will be able to flip through them right in Aha! You will be able to see all of the documents that you have attached to a specific release, feature, or requirement and even open and view any of the documents right in the Aha! viewer.
We have been using this integration ourselves during testing and think you are going to love it. We plan to continue to integrate with other storage solutions out there as you ask for the integrations. We also announced integration with Google Drive today as well.
