You can now let your teammates know how you feel by adding emoji reactions to comments in Aha!
After all, it is invigorating to build and market products that customers love. Now, you can add visual emphasis to the conversations happening in Aha! — select the perfect emoji to share your feelings with your teammates.
Emoji reactions can only be applied to comments and are not yet supported in the Aha! mobile app or on ideas portals. It is worth noting that adding an emoji reaction to a comment will not trigger email or in-app notifications. Emoji reactions are not logged in history either.
As an entirely remote team, we rely on emojis quite a bit at Aha! — so we thought it would be helpful to share a few examples of how we use reactions:
Show appreciation The best launches happen when product and marketing work together. As you coordinate upcoming efforts to keep everyone aligned towards the key deliverables and launch timeline, the team can add a 🙌 — a boost in recognition of everyone’s hard work.
See the names of users who reacted by hovering over the emoji.
Celebrate success Take a moment to acknowledge what you have accomplished. Celebrations help everyone feel connected to the great work happening across the company. Congratulate teammates when a big update ships or when a goal is accomplished
Add as many reactions as you want to each comment.
