Manage virtual users used in capacity planning

Create a virtual user

POST /api/v1/team_members

Parameters
Name	Description
`first_name *`	User's first name
`last_name *`	User's last name
`email *`	User's email address
`product_id`	If present, will create virtual users at this product level, otherwise will create account level virtual users
