We gave internal teams complete visibility into the proxy votes submitted on behalf of customers.

See what else is new:

Your ideas portal will automatically notify portal users when there is a new comment on an idea they have subscribed to. You now have the option to include the comment in the body of the notification email, rather than after it. This is useful if you have added a custom footer to your portal notification email templates. If you do not include the idea comment in the body of the email, it will still be appended to the email notification.

If you move a frame in a whiteboard, the contents of that frame — including tables and other nested frames — will now move with it.

If a record is unassigned, the Detailed estimate field will no longer show the View team estimate button.

If you are an Ideas Advanced customer and use our in-app widgets to get feedback from your customers, you have two new options for where the button is displayed in your application: Side right and Side left. These will appear vertically on the side of your web application and display the text Feedback by default. You can customize the text and even include emojis.
If you are an Ideas Advanced customer, Aha! views shared to an ideas portal will now automatically refresh more often. If the roadmap or report has drill-in enabled, the drill-in popups should no longer be able to expire.

The Status churn risk indicator no longer triggers when you move records between Aha! Develop teams.
