Aha! Roadmaps | Allow list IP addresses for on-premises development tools
If you are integrating with an on-premises development system like Jira Server or Azure DevOps Server, you may need to allow list Aha! Roadmaps in your firewall so that Aha! Roadmaps can make connections to your server to create records. The IP addresses that Aha! Roadmaps will use depend upon your account. If you are an account administrator in your Aha! Roadmaps account, you can see these IP addresses by navigating to Settings ⚙️ Account Security and single sign-on Allow list IP Addresses for On-Premise Systems.
You must allow list all of the IP addresses in the set that applies to your account. If your company has multiple accounts in multiple data centers it may be necessary to allow list all addresses.
Set 1:

Set 4:

All traffic is HTTPS (port 443). You may specify a custom port (other than 443) in the URL when configuring the URL for the on-premises server in Aha! Roadmaps.
HTTPS webhook traffic from the development system to Aha! Roadmaps (outbound from the on-premises network) will go to the same four IP addresses. It is only necessary to allow list these IP addresses for outbound connections if you normally block outbound connections which is less common.
If you already have IP addresses allow listed then they will not change. The new addresses only apply to newly created accounts.
