This week, we launched a brand new product: Aha! Ideas. Ideas is dedicated software for crowdsourcing feedback, engaging a community, and developing customer empathy. It has everything you need — including custom-branded ideas portals, empathy sessions, and in-app community feedback — so you can understand exactly what your customers want.

Improvements

• Removing a record link in Jira will now remove the record link in Aha! during the next sync.

• Aha! will no longer import previously Closed Jira sprints when importing values for a field mapped to Jira user story fields Sprint or Active Sprint.

• When calculating a parent record’s progress from the progress of its child records — e.g. setting an epic’s progress to Calculate from features — we now ignore child records with statuses in the category Will not implement.

Fixes

• When two ideas were merged, an issue was causing proxy votes to be miscounted.
